Effect of daying -35 combined with metformin in the treatment of obesity polycystic ovary syndrome
达英-35联合二甲双胍治疗肥胖型多囊卵巢综合征的效果

摘要

目的 探析达英-35联合二甲双胍治疗肥胖型多囊卵巢综合征的效果影响。方法 选取医院2021年2月～2022年2月所接收的60例肥胖型多囊卵巢综合征患者为研究对象，依照随机分配的原则，共分为对照组和研究组两组，每组各30例。对照组予以达英-35，研究组予以达英-35联合二甲双胍。观察并比较两组患者血清性激素、体质量指数、血脂、血糖、胰岛素指标情况以及两组患者临床治疗效果情况。结果 研究组患者LH、FSH、T、BMI、TC、TG、FBG、FINS等指标均明显优于对照组（P＜0.05）；研究组患者治疗效果的总有效率28例（93.33%）明显比对照组19（63.33%）高，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 达英-35联合二甲双胍在治疗肥胖型多囊卵巢综合征上的临床效果比较明显，可有效改善患者血清性激素指标以及血糖、血脂、胰岛素水平，有助于患者各项指标的改善，提高患者的恢复率，具有较高的临床应用价值。

Abstract

Objective To explore the effect of daying-35 combined with metformin in the treatment of obesity polycystic ovary syndrome.
Methods A total of 60 patients with obese polycystic ovary syndrome received by our hospital from February 2021 to February 2022 were selected as the research objects. According to the principle of random allocation, they were divided into control group and study group, with 30 cases in each group. The control group was given tayin-35, and the study group was given tayin-35 combined with metformin. Obser- vation and comparison of serum sex hormone, body mass index, blood lipid, blood glucose, insulin and clinical treatment effect of two groups of patients.
Results The indexes of LH, FSH, T, BMI, TC, TG, FBG and FINS in study group were significantly better than those in control group (P<0.05). The total effective rate of 28 patients (93.33%) in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group 19 patients (63.33%), and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The clinical effect of daying -35 combined with metformin in the treatment of obese polycystic ovary syndrome is relatively obvious, which can effectively improve the serum sex hormone index, blood glucose, blood lipid and insulin levels of patients, contribute to the improvement of various indicators of patients, improve the recovery rate of patients, and has high clinical app- lication value.
