摘要

目的 探究妊娠期合并急性阑尾炎的临床特点及诊治方式。方法 选择我院自2018年12月-2020年12月收治的40例妊娠期合并急性阑尾患者，将其随机分组为对照组（20例，实施保守治疗）和观察组（20例，在对照组的基础上实施手术治疗），对两组患者发生感染、流产、早产等不良反应的发生率进行对比。结果 数据显示，观察组不良反应发生率略低于对照组，治疗效果不明显优于对照组。差异不具有统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论 保守治疗妊娠期急性阑尾炎，不会显著增加并发症发生的概率，但只适用于早期诊断和轻度感染症状。对于大多数妊娠阑尾炎患者来说，外科治疗仍然是首选。

Abstract

Objective To explore the clinical characteristics and diagnosis and treatment of acute appen- dicitis during pregnancy.
Methods 40 patients with acute appendicitis during pregnancy treated in our hospital from December 2018 to December 2020 were randomly divided into the control group (20 cases, conservative treatment) and the observation group (20 cases, surgical treatment on the basis of the control group). The incidence of infection, abortion, premature delivery and other adverse reactions in the two groups were compared.
Results the data showed that the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, and the treatment effect was significantly better than that in the control group. The difference was not statistically significant (p>0.05).
Conclusion   conservative treatment of acute appendicitis during pregnancy will not significantly increase the probability of complications, but it is only suitable for early diagnosis and mild infection symptoms. For most patients with appendicitis gravidarum, surgical treatment is still the first choice.
