Effect of ultrasonic treatment of B tablets combined with antibiotics on pelvic inflammatory disease
超声波治疗B片联合抗生素治疗盆腔炎的效果观察

摘要

目的 分析在盆腔炎治疗过程中采用超声波治疗B片联合抗生素治疗的效果。方法 采用回顾性分析法，选取2019年2月－2021年2月间我院接收的盆腔炎患者120例作为研究对象。按照随机数字表法将研究对象分为两组，即对照组和实验组各60例。对照组使用常规药物治疗，实验组在治疗过程中使用超声波治疗B片联合抗生素治疗。通过为期一月治疗后，统计两组不良反应发生率、患者治疗后的生活质量情况、心理状态和不良情绪。结果 从治疗有效率方面对比得知，实验组有效率高于对照组；从治疗后患者心理状态方面得知，实验组优于对照组；从不良情绪方面对比，治疗后实验组不良情绪发生率低于对照组；从不良反应方面对比，实验组不良反应发生情况低于对照组。数据差异对比均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 在盆腔炎治疗过程中，采用超声波治疗B片联合抗生素治疗，能够有效提升患者治疗效果，且在治疗过程中的不良反应发生率更低，生活质量更优，治疗效果良好，值得在盆腔炎的治疗中进行推广运用。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the effect of ultrasonic treatment of B tablets combined with antibiotics in the treatment of pelvic inflammatory disease.
Methods A total of 120 patients with pelvic inflammatory disease admitted by our hospital from February 2019 to February 2021 were selected as the research objects by retros- pective analysis. According to the random number table method, the study object was divided into two groups, namely control group and experimental group, 60 cases each. The control group was treated with conventional drugs, and the experimental group was treated with ultrasound B tablets combined with antibiotics. After one month of treatment, the incidence of adverse reactions, quality of life, psychological status and adverse emotions of patients in the two groups were analyzed.
Results The effective rate of experimental group was higher than that of control group. From the psychological state of patients after treatment, the experimental group is better than the control group; After treatment, the incidence of bad emotions in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group. In terms of adverse reactions, the incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group. There were statistically significant differences between the data (P<0.05).
Conclusion   In the treatment of pelvic inflammatory disease, the use of ultrasonic treatment B tablets combined with antibiotic treatment can effectively improve the treatment effect of patients, and the incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment process is lower, the quality of life is better, the treatment effect is good, it is worth pro- moting the application in the treatment of pelvic inflammatory disease.
