Risk analysis and related countermeasures of ring placement in gynecological family planning
妇科计划生育中放环手术的风险性分析及其相关对策

摘要

目的 讨论研究妇科计划生育中放环手术风险性与对策。方法 选择2020年10月到2021年10月期间院内的68例行放环手术患者，运用随机分配方式设置为对照组（接受常规基础管理）与观察组（接受常规基础护理+风险管理），对比两组不良事件发生情况对比两组患者对手术满意程度，对比两组患者护理前后心理状态评分变化情况。结果 观察组整体不良事件发生几率明显低于对照组（P<0.05），观察者整体患者对手术满意程度评分明显高于对照组（P<0.05），护理前两组心理状态数据信息之间差异无统计学含义（P>0.05），护理后，观察组整体患者心理状态相关数据信息明显比对照组更具优势（P<0.05）。结论 妇科计划生育中放环手术中，需要优化手术操作流程，做好各个方面的护理工作，进而改善患者心理状态，降低手术风险，为患者提供更为满意的护理服务。

Abstract

Objective To discuss the risk and countermeasures of ring placement in gynecological family planning.
Methods A total of 68 patients who underwent ring placement surgery in the hospital from October 2020 to October 2021 were selected and randomly assigned to the control group (receiving routine basic management) and the observation group (receiving routine basic care + risk management). The incidence of adverse events in the two groups was compared with the degree of satisfaction of the two groups of patients with surgery, and the changes in the psychological state scores of the two groups of patients before and after nursing were compared.
Results The overall incidence of adverse events in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05), and the overall patient satisfaction with surgery was significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group (P<0.05). There was no statistical significance (P>0.05). After nursing, the overall psychological state-related data information of patients in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   In gynecological family planning, it is necessary to optimize the operation process and do a good job in all aspects of nursing work, so as to improve the patient's psychological state, reduce the risk of surgery, and provide patients with more satisfactory nursing services.
