摘要
自发性脊髓硬膜外血肿在临床中较为罕见，疾病多为急性发作，如临床诊治不及时，可导致永久性的神经功能受损，甚至危及患者生命。而临床中妊娠合并自发性脊髓硬膜外血肿更是罕见。本文报告１例妊娠34周5天，自发性脊髓硬膜外血肿的孕产妇，经终止妊娠后行手术清除硬膜外血肿，术后积极康复治疗出院。以下对病例诊疗进行报告并结合相关文献进行分析阐述。

Abstract
Spontaneous spinal epidural hematoma is relatively rare in clinical practice, and most of the diseases are acute attacks. If clinical diagnosis and treatment are not timely, it can lead to permanent neurological damage and even endanger the patient's life. In clinical pregnancy, spontaneous spinal epidural hematoma is even rarer. This article reports a case of a pregnant woman with spontaneous spinal epidural hematoma at 34 weeks and 5 days of pregnancy, who underwent surgery to remove the epidural hematoma after termination of pregnancy, and was discharged after active rehabilitation. The following is a report on the diagnosis and treatment of cases and an analysis of the relevant literature.
