Prevention and Treatment of Infection and Dehiscence of Abdominal Surgery Incision in Obstetrics and Gynecology
妇产科腹部手术切口感染及裂开的防治

摘要

目的 为降低妇产科腹部手术切口感染及裂开风险制定本次研究任务，并探究防范该问题的相关方法。方法 正式开展实验前，于妇产科中纳入44例患者参与至本次研究中，其均需要接受腹部手术治疗，同时在术后存在有手术切口感染及裂开问题。将此类患者作为研究对象，并对其临床资料进行深入评估分析，总结可能导致手术感染及裂开的危险因素，并以此为依据制定防范措施。结果 通过实际分析可见，年龄、肥胖、妊娠期贫血等因素是导致切口感染及裂开的主要危险因素。结论 妇产科腹部手术后可能会因多种因素而导致切口感染及裂开，必须要重视对患者的个人防范。

Abstract

Objective: To reduce the risk of infection and dehiscence of abdominal incisions in obstetrics and gynecology, to develop this research task, and to explore relevant methods to prevent this problem.
Methods: Before the formal start of the experiment, 44 patients were enrolled in the obstetrics and gynecology department to participate in this study. All of them need to undergo abdominal surgery. At the same time, there are surgical incision infections and dehiscence problems after the operation. Take such patients as the research object, and conduct in-depth evaluation and analysis of their clinical data, summarize the risk factors that may lead to surgical infection and dehiscence, and formulate preventive measures based on this.
Results: Through actual analysis, it can be seen that age, obesity, anemia during pregnancy and other factors are the main risk factors for wound infection and dehiscence.
Conclusion  : After abdominal surgery in obstetrics and gynecology, incision infection and dehiscence may be caused by a variety of factors. It is necessary to pay attention to the personal prevention of patients.
