Application of vascular interventional therapy in the field of obstetrics and gynecology
血管性介入治疗在妇产科领域中的应用

摘要

目的 对血管性介入治疗在妇产科的应用进行分析。方法 研究将本院收治的80例妇产科大出血患者纳入到本次对比实验中，将其采用红蓝双色球分组法随机分为对照组和观察组分别40例，在研究中分别采用常规手术治疗以及血管性介入治疗，对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果 经对比发现，观察组患者的手术各项指标以及并发症发生几率明显优于对照组，组间差异较大，具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 在妇产科中使用血管性介入治疗可以有效的改善患者的治疗效果，并降低并发症的发生几率，安全性较高，可以在临床中进行推广。

Abstract

Objective: To analyze the application of vascular interventional therapy in obstetrics and gynecology.
Methods: The study included 80 patients with obstetric and gynecological hemorrhage admitted to this hospital in this comparative experiment. They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group by the red and blue double-color ball method, and 40 cases were respectively used in the study. Treatment and vascular interventional treatment, compare the treatment effect of the two groups of patients.
Results: After comparison, it was found that the observation group's surgical indicators and the incidence of complications were significantly better than those of the control group, and the differences between the groups were large and statistically significant (P<0.05).
Conclusion  : The use of vascular interventional therapy in obstetrics and gynecology can effectively improve the treatment effect of patients and reduce the incidence of complications. It is safe and can be promoted in clinical practice.
