Clinical efficacy of early aggressive antihypertensive treatment for gestational hypertension and its impact on pregnancy outcomes
早期积极降压治疗妊娠期高血压的临床疗效及对妊娠结局的影响

摘要

目的 探究早期积极降压疗法对妊娠期高血压疾病治疗效果及母子健康影响。方法 选择2025年1月到2025年12月期间在我院收治的妊娠期高血压患者68例，随机分组用随机数字表法将患者分为两组，每组各34例，分别为观察组和对照组。评价指标主要是血压控制情况、不良妊娠结局出现频率和治疗过程中安全数据对比分析。结果 观察组收缩压和舒张压均显著低于对照组（P＜0.05），观察组不良妊娠结局总发生率为14.71%。结论 早期降压方案可以有效地维持妊娠期高血压患者血压的稳定，可以明显改善妊娠结局，并且具有较好的安全性。

Abstract

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of early aggressive blood pressure reduction therapy on the treatment of gestational hypertension disorders and its impact on maternal and infant health.
Methods 68 patients with gestational hypertension admitted to our hospital from January 2025 to December 2025 were selected. They were randomly divided into two groups using the random number table method, with 34 cases in each group, namely the observation group and the control group. The main evaluation indicators were blood pressure control, the frequency of adverse pregnancy outcomes, and the comparison of safety data during the treatment process.
Results The systolic and diastolic blood pressures of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group (P < 0.05), and the total incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes in the observation group was 14.71%.
Conclusion   The early blood pressure reduction plan can effectively maintain the stability of blood pressure in patients with gestational hypertension, significantly improve the pregnancy outcome, and has good safety.
