摘要
目的 分析预见性护理模式在妇科腹腔镜手术患者围术期护理中的应用效果。方法 选取我院妇科2025年1月至2025年10月期间接受妇科腹腔镜手术的患者100例作为研究对象。结果 观察组患者术后的视觉模拟评分法（VAS）与焦虑自评量表（SAS）评分显著低于对照组，术后首次下床活动、肛门排气及住院时间更短，总并发症发生率明显更低（P<0.05）。结论 将预见性护理应用于妇科腹腔镜手术患者的围术期管理，能够有效缓解术后疼痛与焦虑情绪，加速术后胃肠功能恢复与早期活动。

Abstract
Objective To analyze the application effect of proactive nursing mode in perioperative nursing of patients undergoing gynecological endoscopic surgery. Methods 100 patients who underwent gynecological endoscopic surgery in our hospital from January 2025 to October 2025 were selected as the research subjects. Results The Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) and Self-Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) scores of the observation group patients were significantly lower than those of the control group after surgery, and the first time they got out of bed, anal exhaust, and hospitalization time were shorter. The overall incidence of complications was significantly lower (P<0.05). Conclusion Applying predictive nursing to perioperative management of patients undergoing gynecological endoscopic surgery can effectively alleviate postoperative pain and anxiety, accelerate postoperative gastrointestinal function recovery and early activity.
