摘要
目的 探讨聚爱电超声治疗对卵巢储备功能减退(DOR)患者的临床疗效。方法 选取昆明市维蜜妇科诊所2024年7月至2025年8月收治的52例卵巢储备功能减退患者作为研究对象,所有患者均在非月经期应用聚爱电超声治疗,连续治疗3个月。观察患者治疗前后卵泡刺激素(FSH)、雌二醇(E2)、抗苗勒管激素(AMH)、卵巢动脉血流参数、窦卵泡计数(AFC)、卵巢体积、Kupperman量表与月经症状评分等变化。结果 DOR患者促卵泡激素(FSH)治疗后数值(10.07±4.18)较治疗前(14.55±14.42)下降,差异具有显著性(P<0.05);左侧卵巢动脉收缩期峰值流速(PSV)治疗后数值(33.01±9.48)较治疗前(30.25±8.57)升高,差异具有显著性(P<0.05);左侧卵巢动脉搏动指数(PI)治疗后(3.15±0.39)较治疗前(2.15±0.39)升高,差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。窦卵泡计数(AFC)治疗后数值(5.7±3.4)较治疗前(4.9±3.3)增加,差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。Kupperman总分治疗后数值(7.1±4.3)较治疗前(8.3±5.0)下降,差异具有显著性(P<0.05),轻度及中度DOR患者Kupperman评分较治疗前均显著下降(P<0.05)。月经症状评分总分及相关症状评分治疗前后均无显著差异(3.92±3.19vs.3.85±2.74,P>0.05)。结论 初步研究显示,对DOR患者进行聚爱电超声治疗对改善盆腔局部血液循环、调节神经内分泌功能有一定积极作用,从而实现正向调节部分性激素水平,增加窦卵泡计数,帮助改善卵巢功能。

Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of JuAi electro-ultrasound in patients with diminished ovarian reserve (DOR). Methods This study enrolled 52 individuals diagnosed with diminished ovarian reserve (DOR) at Kunming Weimi Gynecological Clinic between July 2024 and August 2025. All patients received JuAi electro-ultrasound therapy during the non-menstrual period, with continuous treatment for three months. Serum follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH), estradiol (E2), anti-Müllerian hormone (AMH), ovarian artery hemodynamic parameters, antral follicle count (AFC), ovarian volume, Kupperman score and Menstrual symptom score were evaluated before and after treatment. Results The value of follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) in DOR patients after treatment decreased compared to that before treatment (10.07 ± 4.18 vs. 14.55 ± 14.42), the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Peak systolic velocity (PSV) of the left ovarian artery was significantly higher after treatment compared with before treatment (33.01 ± 9.48 vs. 30.25 ± 8.57, P<0.05). The pulsatility index (PI) of the left ovarian artery after treatment was significantly higher than that before treatment (3.15 ± 0.39 vs. 2.15 ± 0.39), and the difference reached statistical significance (P < 0.05). AFC increased significantly after treatment (5.7 ± 3.4 vs. 4.9 ± 3.3, P<0.05). Kupperman score was significantly reduced compared with pretreatment values (7.1 ± 4.3 vs. 8.3 ± 5.0, P<0.05), Kupperman scores of patients with mild and moderate DOR decreased significantly compared to those before treatment (P < 0.05). There were no significant differences in the total score of menstrual symptoms and the scores of related symptoms before and after treatment (3.92 ± 3.19 vs. 3.85 ± 2.74, P > 0.05). Conclusion Preliminary studies indicate that the application of JUAi electro-ultrasound therapy in patients with Diminished Ovarian Reserve (DOR) exerts certain positive effects on improving local pelvic blood circulation and regulating neuroendocrine function. This contributes to the positive modulation of certain sex hormone levels, increases the antral follicle count, and helps improve ovarian function.
