To analyze the effect of Lactobacillus vaginal capsule in the treatment of vaginitis
分析乳酸菌阴道胶囊在阴道炎治疗中的效果

摘要

目的 浅析阴道炎患者采用乳酸菌阴道胶囊治疗的效果。方法 选取2023年1月～2023年12月收治的阴道炎患者160例，对照组采用常规治疗；观察组采用乳酸菌阴道胶囊治疗，对比临床疗效。结果 观察组治疗总有效率（97.50%）高于对照组（85.00%），对比差异显著，P＜0.05；此外，在患者临床症状改善用时上观察组短于对照组，对比差异显著。观察组患者的阴道健康状况评估高于对照组，对比差异显著，P＜0.05。最后，在对比疾病半年复发率上，观察组低于对照组，对比差异显著，P＜0.05。结论 针对阴道炎患者实施乳酸菌阴道胶囊治疗的效果显著，有助于患者早日康复，值得推广应用。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the effect of lactic vaginal capsule treatment in vaginitis patients.
Methods 160 vaginitis patients admitted from January 2023 to December 2023 were selected, and the control group received conventional treatment; the observation group used lactobacillus vaginal capsules to compare the clinical efficacy.
Results The total response rate of the observation group (97.50%) was higher than that of the control group (85.00%), and the contrast difference was significant, P <0.05; moreover, the observation group was shorter than the control group when patients improved clinical symptoms, and the contrast difference was significant. Patients in the observation group were evaluated for higher vaginal health status than the control group, and the contrast difference was significant, P <0.05. Finally, in terms of the comparative disease recurrence rate, the observation group was lower than the control group, and the contrast difference was significant, P <0.05.
Conclusion   The treatment of lactobacillus vaginal capsule for the patients with vaginitis is remarkable, which is helpful for the patients to recover soon, and is worth promotion and application.
