Clinical efficacy of hysteroscopic aspiration combined with Foley catheter balloon compressionin the treatment of scar pregnancy
宫腔镜监视下吸宫术联合Foley尿管球囊压迫治疗瘢痕妊娠的临床疗效

摘要

目的 分析剖宫产瘢痕妊娠采取宫腔镜监视下吸宫术联合Foley尿管球囊压迫治疗效果。方法 46例I，II型剖宫产瘢痕妊娠患者选自2020年2月-2023年2月。以随机数字表法分为参考组（子宫动脉栓塞术后吸宫术）及实验组（Foley尿管球囊压迫治疗）。每组23例。比较两组治疗效果。结果 β-hCG指标比较，术后1周、2周后实验组显低（P＜0.05）。术中出血量、术后阴道大出血发生率两组比较无显著差异。阴道出血天数、住院时间、住院费用中实验组显低（P＜0.05）。术后并发症中参考组显高（P＜0.05）。实验组二次清宫率、不良反应发生率较低（P＜0.05）。结论 剖宫产瘢痕妊娠采取宫腔镜监视下吸宫术联合Foley尿管球囊压迫治疗的效果凸显。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the effectiveness of hysteroscopic suction combined with Foley catheter balloon compression treatment for cesarean scar pregnancy.
Methods 46 patients with type I and II cesarean scar pregnancy were selected from February 2020 to February 2023. Divide into a reference group (uterine artery embolization followed by suction) and an experimental group (Foley catheter balloon compression treatment) using a random number table method. 23 cases in each group. Compare the treatment effects between the two groups.
Results β- The comparison of hCG indicators showed a significant decrease in the experimental group after 1 and 2 weeks of surgery (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the amount of intraoperative bleeding and the incidence of postoperative vaginal bleeding between the two groups. The number of days of vaginal bleeding, hospitalization time, and hospitalization expenses in the experimental group were significantly lower (P<0.05). The postoperative complications were significantly higher in the reference group (P<0.05). The experimental group had a lower rate of secondary curettage and incidence of adverse reactions (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The effect of hysteroscopic monitoring combined with Foley catheter balloon compression treatment for cesarean scar pregnancy is prominent.
