妇产科阴道不规则出血的病因及临床治疗方法研究

摘要

目的 本文旨在分析妇产科阴道不规则出血的病因以及研究临床治疗的方法。方法 对80例阴道不规则出血的患者进行分析研究（2022年4月-2023年4月），统计妇产科阴道不规则出血的病因，并对比实施不同治疗方案后两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果 对照组与研究组在引导不规则出血病因发生率方面无明显差异，P＞0.05说明不存在对比意义；研究组治疗有效为95.00%，生活质量评分为（89.02±4.51）分，对照组依次为80.00%和（79.13±4.17）分，P＜0.05说明存在对比意义。结论 阴道不规则出血虽见相同的临床症状，但病因极其复杂，在治疗时需全方位诊断患者病情，尽快对引发出血的原因进行判断，从而根据病因及时采取有效的防治措施，快速降低出血量，控制其病情进展，提高治疗有效率，促进患者恢复。

Abstract

Objective This article aims to analyze the causes of irregular vaginal bleeding in obstetrics and gynecology, and to study clinical treatment methods.
Methods 80 patients with irregular vaginal bleeding (April 2022-April 2023) were analyzed to analyze the etiology of irregular vaginal bleeding in obstetrics and gynecology, and compare the clinical treatment effect of the two groups after implementing different treatment plans.
Results There was no significant difference in guiding the incidence of irregular bleeding between the control group and the research group, with P>0.05 indicating no comparative significance; The effective rate of treatment in the study group was 95.00%, and the quality of life score was (89.02 ± 4.51) points. The control group was 80.00% and (79.13 ± 4.17) points, respectively. P<0.05 indicates the existence of comparative significance.
Conclusion   Although irregular vaginal bleeding has the same clinical symptoms, the cause is extremely complex. During treatment, it is necessary to comprehensively diagnose the patient's condition, determine the cause of bleeding as soon as possible, and take timely and effective prevention and treatment measures based on the cause, quickly reduce the amount of bleeding, control its progression, improve treatment efficiency, and promote patient recovery.
