Analysis of the effect of ethoestradiol cyproterone in the treatment of acute severeadolescent abnormal uterine bleeding
炔雌醇环丙孕酮片治疗急性重症青春期异常子宫出血的效果分析

摘要

目的 探讨急性重症青春期异常子宫出血应用炔雌醇环丙孕酮片治疗的临床效果。方法 选择我院2019年1月-2022年12月收治的76例急性重症青春期异常子宫出血且BMI均大于24的患者作为此次研究对象，以计算机表法将其分为实验组与参照组，各38例，参照组用戊酸雌二醇片治疗，实验组用炔雌醇环丙孕酮片治疗，比较两组治疗前后的性激素水平，详细记录两组的止血情况与住院时间，不良反应发生情况、突破性出血情况。结果 两组治疗前性激素水平无差异（P>0.05），治疗后，实验组性激素水平低于参照组，实验组止血情况优于参照组，住院时间短于参照组，实验组不良反应发生率为5.26%，低于参照组（23.68%），实验组突破性出血率（2.63%）低于参照组（18.42%），实验组止血失败率（2.73%）低于参照组（21.05%），差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 炔雌醇环丙孕酮片应用在BMI大于24的急性重症青春期异常子宫出血中的效果确切，可快速控制出血，安全性高，值得推广应用。

Abstract

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of ethinylestradiol cycloproprogesterone tablets in the treatment of acute severe adolescent abnormal uterine bleeding.
Methods 76 patients with acute severe adolescent abnormal uterine bleeding with BMI greater than 24 who were admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to December 2022 were selected as the subjects of this study. They were divided into the experimental group and the reference group by computer table method, with 38 cases in each group. The reference group was treated with estradiol valerate tablets, and the experimental group was treated with ethinylestradiol cycloproterone tablets. The sex hormone levels of the two groups before and after treatment were compared, and the hemostasis and hospital stay of the two groups were recorded in detail, Adverse reactions and breakthrough bleeding.
Results There was no difference in the sex hormone level between the two groups before treatment (P>0.05). After treatment, the sex hormone level of the experimental group was lower than that of the reference group. The hemostasis of the experimental group was better than that of the reference group. The hospital stay was shorter than that of the reference group. The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was 5.26%, lower than that of the reference group (23.68%), The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The application of ethinylestradiol cyproterone tablets in acute severe adolescent abnormal uterine bleeding with BMI greater than 24 has a definite effect, rapid control of bleeding, high safety, worthy of popularization and application.
