探讨子宫内膜异位症患者采用地诺孕素治疗的临床效果

摘要

目的 分析子宫内膜异位症患者采取地诺孕素治疗的效果。方法 以随机数字表法将本院在2020年2月-2021年2月期间收入的子宫内膜异位症患者（n=86）进行分组，其中参考组（n=43）给予桂枝茯苓胶囊治疗，实验组（n=43）在参考组基础上采取地诺孕素治疗。以治疗有效率、性激素水平评价两组治疗效果。结果 实验组治疗有效率高于参考组（P＜0.05）。实验组治疗后雌二醇、孕酮、促卵泡生成素指标低于参考组（P＜0.05），促黄体生成素指标高于参考组（P＜0.05）。结论 在子宫内膜异位症患者治疗中给予地诺孕素治疗效果显著，可提升患者治疗有效率，改善其性激素水平。此种治疗方法值得在临床上推广应用。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the effect of denorgestrel on patients with endometriosis.
Methods The patients with endometriosis from February 2020 to February 2021 in our hospital (n=86) were divided into two groups by random number table. The reference group (n=43) was treated with Guizhi Fuling Capsule, and the experimental group (n=43) was treated with Dinogestrel on the basis of the reference group. The therapeutic effect of the two groups was evaluated by the therapeutic efficiency and the level of sex hormone.
Results The effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the reference group (P<0.05). After treatment, estradiol, progesterone and follicle stimulating hormone in the experimental group were lower than those in the reference group (P<0.05), while luteinizing hormone was higher than those in the reference group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   In the treatment of patients with endometriosis, the treatment effect of Dinogestrel is significant, which can enhance the treatment efficiency of patients and improve their sex hormone level. This kind of treatment method is worth popularizing and applying in clinic.
