Effect of bundle nursing intervention in delivery room on postpartum urinary retention of puerpera with painless delivery
产房集束化护理干预对无痛分娩产妇产后尿潴留的影响

摘要

目的 分析产房集束化护理干预对无痛分娩产妇产后尿潴留的影响。方法 研究时间段自2020年11月至2021年11月，研究对象为我院产科待产的无痛分娩产妇中随机抽取的82例，经病例号交替排序法均分为两组，将接受常规护理干预的产妇纳入对照组（41例），将接受产房集束化护理干预的产妇纳入观察组（41例），比较两组的护理效果。结果 观察组自主排尿的发生率高于对照组，诱导排尿、尿潴留的发生率低于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组首次排尿及住院的时间均短于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 对无痛分娩产妇实施产房集束化护理干预的效果十分显著，有助于降低产后尿潴留的发生几率，促进产后产妇的身体恢复，使其尽早出院，值得推广。

Abstract

Objective: To analyze the effect of bundle nursing intervention in delivery room on postpartum urinary retention of puerpera with painless delivery.
Methods: Research period from November 2020 to November 2021, the research object for February launched in epidural women randomly selected 82 cases, the cases of alternating sorting method are divided into two groups, will accept the routine nursing intervention of maternal included in the control group (41 cases), will accept delivery of cluster nursing intervention of maternal into observation group (41 cases), The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.
Results: The incidence of spontaneous urination in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the incidence of induced urination and urinary retention in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05). The time of first urination and hospitalization in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group (P < 0.05).
Conclusion  : The effect of delivery room cluster nursing intervention on puerpera with painless delivery is very significant, which is helpful to reduce the incidence of postpartum urinary retention, promote the physical recovery of postpartum puerpera, and make them discharged as soon as possible, which is worthy of promotion.
