个性化护理在异常子宫出血患者中的应用效果

摘要

目的 分析个性化护理在异常子宫出血患者中的应用效果。方法 异常子宫出血病人选取于本院2021.03-2022.03期间临床收诊资料，设其为研究主体对象，按照治疗标准得出共计60名。经入院时间先后顺序原则分组，将先行入院30名患者设为常规组对象，将后行入院30名患者设为实验组对象，常规组应用一般护理、实验组应用个性化护理，比较两组护理满意度、不良情绪和PBAC评分、止血时间和疼痛评分、贫血和再出血发生率。结果 相较常规组，实验组护理满意度更高，P＜0.05。相较常规组，实验组不良情绪和PBAC评分、止血时间和疼痛评分、贫血和再出血发生率更低，P＜0.05。结论 异常子宫出血患者接受个性化护理可控制出血程度，加强健康恢复，建议推广。

Abstract

Objective: To analyze the effect of personalized nursing in patients with functional uterine bleeding.
Methods: Patients with functional uterine bleeding were selected from the clinical data of our hospital from March 2021 to March 2022. They were selected as the main subjects of the study. According to the treatment standards, a total of 60 patients were obtained. According to the principle of the sequence of admission time, 30 patients admitted first were set as the subjects of the routine group, and 30 patients admitted later were set as the subjects of the experimental group. The routine group applied general nursing and the experimental group applied personalized nursing. The nursing satisfaction, bad mood and PBAC score, hemostasis time and pain score, anemia and rebleeding incidence of the two groups were compared.
Results: compared with the routine group, the nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was higher (P < 0.05). Compared with the routine group, the incidence of bad mood and PBAC score, hemostasis time and pain score, anemia and rebleeding were lower in the experimental group (P<0.05).
Conclusion  : the individualized nursing of patients with functional uterine bleeding can control the bleeding degree and strengthen the health recovery. It is recommended to popularize it.
