Clinical standard treatment of endometriosis through surgical incision in gynecology and obstetrics
妇产科手术切口子宫内膜异位症临床规范治疗体会研究

摘要

目的 分析妇产科手术切口子宫内膜异位症临床规范治疗体会。方法 选取我院2020年5月～2022年1月间收治的切口子宫内膜异位症产30例进行研究观察，采用随机数字法将其分为对照组和观察组，每组各15例。分别给予两组患者不同的治疗措施，对照组患者使用药物进行治疗，观察组患者在对照组基础上使用一次性病灶清除术进行治疗。对比观察两组患者的治疗效果。结果 观察组患者的治疗有效率高于对照组，两组对比差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。观察组患者的治疗满意度明显高于对照组患者，差异具有统计意义（p＜0.05）。观察组患者治疗后VAS、SAS、SDS评分均明显优于对照组患者，差异均有统计意义（p＜0.05）。结论 一次性病灶清除术以及术后对症用药治疗对于产科手术切口子宫内膜异位症产妇具有良好的治疗效果，值得临床进一步推广。

Abstract

Objective: To analyze the experience of clinical standard treatment of endometriosis through surgical incision in gynecology and obstetrics.
Methods: Thirty patients with incisional endometriosis admitted to our hospital from May 2020 to January 2022 were selected for study and observation. They were divided into control group and observation group by random number method, with 15 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with drugs, and the patients in the observation group were treated with one-time debridement on the basis of the control group. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.
Results: The effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). The treatment satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment, the VAS, SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).
Conclusion  : One-time debridement and postoperative symptomatic drug treatment for obstetric surgical incision endometriosis has a good therapeutic effect, which is worthy of further clinical promotion.
