Application analysis of Danggui Shaoyao decoction in treating dysmenorrhea
当归芍药汤治疗痛经的应用分析

摘要

目的 分析当归芍药汤用于痛经的价值。方法 对2021年6月-2022年6月本科接诊痛经病人（n=120）进行分组，试验和对照组各60人，前者用当归芍药汤，后者行常规治疗。对比VAS评分等指标。结果 关于VAS评分，在疗程结束时：试验组数据（2.14±0.36）分，和对照组数据（5.28±0.79）分相比更低（P＜0.05）。关于中医证候积分，在疗程结束时：试验组数据（4.17±0.62）分，和对照组数据（8.6±1.27）分相比更低（P＜0.05）。关于总有效率，试验组数据96.675，和对照组85.0%相比更高（P＜0.05）。关于sf-36评分，在疗程结束时：试验组数据（89.23±3.14）分，和对照组数据（82.58±3.96）分相比更高（P＜0.05）。结论 痛经用当归芍药汤，疗效确切，疼痛感减轻更加明显，症状缓解更为迅速，预后也更好。

Abstract

Objective: To analyze the value of Danggui Shaoyao decoction in dysmenorrhea.
Methods: From June 2021 to June 2022, 120 dysmenorrhea patients (n=120) were divided into experimental group and control group, with 60 patients in each group. The former was treated with Danggui Shaoyao decoction, while the latter received conventional treatment. VAS score and other indicators were compared.
Results: At the end of the course of treatment, the VAS score of the experimental group (2.14±0.36) was lower than that of the control group (5.28±0.79) (P<0.05). At the end of the course of treatment, the score of the experimental group (4.17±0.62) was lower than that of the control group (8.6±1.27) (P<0.05). The total effective rate of the experimental group was 96.675, which was higher than that of the control group 85.0% (P<0.05). At the end of the course of treatment, the SF-36 score of the experimental group (89.23±3.14) was higher than that of the control group (82.58±3.96) (P<0.05).
Conclusion  : Using Danggui Shaoyao decoction for dysmenorrhea has definite curative effect, alleviating pain more obviously, relieving symptoms more quickly, and having a better prognosis.
